The Municipal Formation Kanevskaya District proposes to implement a profitable investment project in the agricultural sector

The Municipal Formation proposes investors a project for the construction of the plant for the production of the compound animal feeding stuff.

The projected enterprise – a shop for the production of compound animal feeding stuff will produce a composite food (KKUG-4 complex formula) with a volume of 1,152 tons per year. It is expected that markets of the Kanevskaya District and the Krasnodar Region will be developed. Mass consumers – legal entities – will be its potential buyers. Product sales will be made in bulk – this is one of the competitive advantages of the future enterprise.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 29.42 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 24 new jobs.

A land plot of 6,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Krasnogvardeets village. There is a local road, "Kanevskaya- Krasnogvardeets" (0.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar – Yeisk" is 17 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kanevskaya Cossack village is 24 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 140 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Staroderevyankovskaya is 20 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 160 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 140 km.
