Kanevskaya district presents a promising investment project in the consumer sector
The municipality offers the investors to implement a project on the construction of a multi-purpose pharmaceutical center with a Pet clinic.
The investment project implies the construction of a multi-purpose pharmaceutical center with a Pet clinic in the Novominskaya Cossack village of Krasnodar region. As expected, the center will be performing the following functions: retail trading with general pharmaceutical and veterinary medications and provision of veterinary & medical care services. As forecasted, the projected center will have the indicators of the estimated capacity at the level of: 63,000 referrals per year – general pharmaceutical services; 2,160 referrals per year – veterinary clinic services; 51,000 visits per year – services of veterinary drug-store. The main clients will be agricultural producers of Kanevskaya and neighboring districts, owners of FLC (Federal laboratory consortium), PSP (Personal subsidiary plot) and local residents.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 7.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 14 new jobs.
A land plot of 500 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novominskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Kanevskaya Cossack village – Novominskaya Cossack village" (0.2km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Yeisk city" is 0.2 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Kanevskaya Cossack village is 26 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 143 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Novominskaya is 1 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 160 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 80 km.
