Kanevskaya district proposes to implement a profitable investment project in the consumer’s market sphere

Investors are invited to participate in the implementation of the investment project to construct the motel.

The investment project, which the Municipal Formation Kanevskaya District proposes to implement, provides to construct a motel – a hotel of special planning. The hospitality fund will consist of 36 different class rooms (30 "standard" rooms, and 6 "suite" rooms). It is assumed that more than 7,200 visitors will use motel services per year. Professional truck drivers, independently traveling tourists and hunting and fishing enthusiasts will be its main clients. An open car parking will be equipped near the hotel.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 21.41 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 15 new jobs.

A land plot of 10,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novominskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Kanevskaya-Novominskaya" (50 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar-Yeisk" is 0.05 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kanevskaya Cossack village is 26 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 143 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Novominskaya is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 160 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 80 km.
