Building a dairy facility for 3000 cows

The construction of a dairy complex for 3000 cows was completed as part of the national project «International Cooperation and Export» and the regional project «Export of Agricultural Products». The investor for this project was JSC Agroholding Steppe, and the agreement was signed during the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi in 2019.

The dairy complex has been meticulously planned, incorporating automated feeding and watering systems, a microclimate system for efficient energy, feed, and labor utilization. This large-scale dairy cattle facility integrates modern technologies for animal loose housing and milk production. The complex includes a main building for three thousand milking cows of Holstein breed, two drying facilities, six calf shelters, feed warehouses, and hay storage sheds.

The total investment volume exceeds 2 billion rubles. 175 jobs were created. The dairy complex was put into operation in the autumn of 2022.
