The Municipal Formation Kanevskaya District proposes to implement a large-scale investment project in the manufacturing industry

The Municipal Formation proposes to invest funds in implementation of a profitable investment project on constructing the optic fiber production plant.

The main objective of the considered investment project is to provide local exchange carrier and other enterprises with an optical fiber cable. The construction of the plant will be provided to create in the district to solve the issue of the production of a single-hearth optical fiber and an optical fiber tape. The plant will produce a single-hearth optical non-zero dispersion-shifted fiber of G.655 (of 345.6 thousand meters per year) and an optical fiber tape (of 864 thousand meters per year) on the total amount of more than 230 million rubles. Products will be put up for sale to local exchange carriers, enterprises involved in telecommunications networks laying, companies providing operation of gas-producing plants and oil pipelines, as well as advertising and display agencies.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 155.1 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 34 new jobs.

A land plot of 36,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kanevskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Kanevskaya- Staroderevyankovskaya" (0.50km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar-Yeisk" is 5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kanevskaya Cossack village is 2.5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 120 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Kanevskaya is 2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 130 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 120 km.
